I am Brian Bagley, a lawyer and proud father of four kids. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I want to build a deeper relationship with my clients to help them avoid conflicts and focus on what matters in their lives. After many years of being a lawyer, I have found that many clients never knew the answer to “what happens next” as it applied to raising their children and decision making for the times they can’t be there. Therefore, I focus on setting up Kids Protection Planning and Client Protection Planning for people. My goal in working with clients is to understand what they want in both their family values and their family assets; educate them on the law and how that impacts where they are regarding their wants; and implement a plan that ensures their wants are carried out when needed. I’m here to help Dallas/Fort Worth families navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions they face when it comes to answering the question, “what happens next”. Often, I receive phone calls from stressed people struggling to find immediate help because plans were never made. People that create plans now can prevent causing their family and friends to make those stressed-out calls to lawyers to try to keep children out of Child Protective Services’ care, to make sure medical decisions are respected, and access assets needed to protect the family.
