Scott P. Swope

SCOTT SWOPE Scott Swope is a managing member of the firm. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He spent seven years as a traffic court magistrate where he presided over thousands of traffic ticket trials. Scott is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Pinellas. Prior to attending law school, Scott Swope was a Pinellas County Sheriffs traffic homicide investigator. He received extensive training in automobile crash investigation techniques and has personally investigated hundreds of auto crashes, many of which involved serious or fatal injuries. Scott Swope uses his training and experience in crash investigation to help his clients recover money for their injuries even when the insurance companies claim that his clients were at fault.
