Toni Lucillia Meyer

Toni Meyer was raised in Troy, MO. She attended Sacred Heart Grade School and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science Degree. In 1989 Toni graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. She was offered a judicial clerkship with the Honorable George Flanagan of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District. She was employed as an assistant public defender in the mid-Missouri area for over 10 years. She is an experienced trial attorney has obtained not guilty verdicts in cases ranging from murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, sale of controlled substance, unlawful use of weapons, assault of a law enforcement officer, and stealing. Toni served as the Parents Attorney in the 45th Judicial Circuit Family Dependency Court . Also member of City of Troy Historic Preservation Commission.
