C. defense, employment practices defense, long term lessor liability defense and insurance and bad faith defense. Mr. Miller is a proud member of the Miami Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, Trail Lawyers Section, American Arbitration Association, and is the past chairman of Eagle International Associates, Inc. Mr. Millers undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Miami in 1972. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 1975.
