James W. Murphy

James is the firm’s Chief Fiduciary Officer. In this role, James has oversight and implementation responsibility for all aspects of trust administration at Northeast.This includes governance over trust acceptance, review of trust account opening procedures, oversight of trust reviews and adherence to the terms of trust documents. In addition, James works closely with the firm’s portfolio managers and clients to review their estate plans and ensure that their wishes and goals are being met.James lives in Beverly, Massachusetts with his family and has been with Northeast since 2019.
