R. Scott Richart

Montanna is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in May 2020. Montanna was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society while in Law School and was consistently on the Deans List. Notably, Montanna served as Student Director of the Self-Help Clinic which provides limited scope representation to indigent individuals. Through her efforts, over 700 clients were provided limited scope representation.
