David Pierce

David is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), a designation earned by achieving the status of Fellow for seven consecutive years. The LCA is an invitation-only, trial lawyer, honorary society limited to 3,500 Fellows, or less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America every year since 2012 and was named Best Lawyers Dayton Litigation - Labor and Employment Lawyer of the Year for 2018 and 2014, a designation is given annually to a single lawyer in each practice area in each community. David has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer (2009-present) and received recognition in Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel edition on the topics of Business and Employment Litigation. He also was recognized as a Top 100 2020 Ohio Super Lawyer and a Top 50 2020 Cincinnati Super Lawyer. He is certified as a Specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. David also holds an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
