Andrew S. Russell

Attorney Biography Andrew S. Russell is a Partner at Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP. In his practice, he represents clients in all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, appearances at court hearings, and appeals. His experience includes the nationwide defense of equipment manufacturers in product liability actions, defending various claims against manufacturers of consumer products, and representing small businesses in commercial transactions and litigation. Mr. Russell works closely with in-house counsel and national coordinating counsel for a wide variety of clients in toxic tort civil actions. He is responsible for day-to-day case management, written discovery, fact and expert witness depositions, and motion practice. Additionally, he assists national and local counsel with trials and appeals pending in state and federal courts. Mr. Russell also represents clients in variety of other disputes, including but not limited to premises liability actions, consumer protection claims, civil rights, and employment disputes. Prior to joining Pierce Davis & Perritano, Mr. Russell was an attorney in a Southern California law firm, where he managed numerous toxic torts, products liability, commercial, professional negligence, and civil litigation cases in California and Kentucky. While in law school, Mr. Russell was a member of Pepperdine Universitys lnterschool Appellate Advocacy Team and its Moot Court Board, and he completed a fellowship with the Geoffrey H.
