He is also a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars, sharing his insights on workers' compensation.A lifelong resident of the Northland, Mr. Kelly calls Kearney home. He embarked on his academic journey at William Jewell College in Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration in 1982. He then pursued his Juris Doctorate at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, graduating in 1986 with honors on the dean's list.After his graduation, Mr. Kelly was welcomed into The Missouri Bar in 1986 and the Kansas Bar Association in 1987. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. His professional affiliations extend to the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
