About

David Payne Estate Planning Attorney I enjoy what I do because I know I get to make a difference in the lives of my clients and their families. Getting to know my clients and being able to help improve their lives is truly satisfying. Being a Southwest Missouri Estate Planning Attorney and solving problems for families is my focus. I grew up in Southwest Missouri and went to college at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. From there, I went to the University of Missouri in Columbia for law school. I then returned home to southwest Missouri in 1999 to establish my legal career and havent left since. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide variety of cases for a wide variety of clients. I have over 20 years of experience advising clients all over the Missouri Ozarks. My experiences have ultimately given me a genuinely unique perspective on how to best guide my clients when developing an Estate Plan. I believe my clients benefit from my experience. While I went to law school dreaming of the high drama of courtroom battles like what we see in the movies, my practice has shifted to estate planning due in large part to the advantages of being able to spend more time with my family. And while I still enjoy the courtroom, I have come to realize how enjoyable it is to help clients with Estate Planning. My goal is to always leave each client better off than when they first walked through my door. Estate Planning allows me to always be part of the solution. I enjoy Table Rock Lake, the St. Louis Cardinals and Mizzou sports. I would love to meet you and plan your familys estate. Call and schedule your Planning Session!
