Kory D. Stubblefield

Nicole Lindsey is Of Counsel with the firm and focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and civil litigation. Nicole is originally from Gainesville, Florida, and attended the University of Florida. After graduating from law school, Nicole worked for a statewide workers compensation defense practice. She then clerked for the Honorable Judge Gary R. Jones, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida in Ocala, Florida. Upon relocating to Missouri, Nicole clerked for the late Honorable Judge Richard E. Dorr, United States District Judge for the Western District of Missouri. She then went on to join a mid-size general practice firm. Nicole specialized in complex litigation, business litigation, employment law, civil rights defense, and municipal representation. She handled matters in both state and federal courts in Southwest Missouri and in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to her litigation experience, prior to joining Stubblefield Law, Nicole worked for several years in the areas of estate planning, probate, and elder law. Nicole is actively involved in local and state organizations. She is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Florida Bar, the Federal Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, the Greene County Estate Planning Council, and the Southern Missouri Women Lawyers. In addition to her fulfilling work as an attorney, Nicole is a graduate of the Ozarks Chamber Ozarks Leads class for 2018-19 and is an executive board member for the Betty and Bobby Allison Ozarks Counseling Center.
