Joseph C. Bishara Admitted to Ohio Bar 1996 Admitted to Florida Bar 2001 Email: [email protected] Areas of Practice: Commercial Real Estate / Development Commercial / Business Litigation Corporate / Business Law Attorney Bishara joined the firm in 1996 to concentrate his practice in various areas of business law, including real estate law; construction law; mergers and acquisitions; banking law; corporate and partnership law; commercial litigation; and creditors rights. Joe received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1996 and served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review. In 1993, he graduated from the University of Notre Dame, with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Joe is the Executive Director and Founder of the nonprofit Charity Land Exchange. He is Co-Chairperson of the Memorial Committee of the Mahoning County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Collier County (Naples, Florida) Bar Association and a member and Board Counsel for the Home Builders-Remodelers Association of the Mahoning Valley. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Mill Creek Childrens Center as Board President. Joe and his family are parishioners of St. Marons Maronite Catholic Church in Austintown, where Joe previously served as Parish Council President.
