Successfully defeated tenants appeal to Kenty County Circuit Court (2022). This was a termination suit based on numerous violations of the lease and community rules. A judgment was successfully obtained allowing our manufactured housing community client to submit to the Secretary of State and obtain transfer of the title to the home.
