Howard has a broad range of practice experience including general civil and criminal litigation, civil rights, criminal defense, and probate matters. In addition to private practice in civil litigation, civil rights and criminal defense, over the course of his career he has enjoyed the opportunity to serve the citizens of Oklahoma as an Assistant District Attorney (Garfield County) and as a Public Defender (Oklahoma County). Howard honorably served and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
