Bret Thrasher

Bret Thrasher has extensive experience representing financial institutions and other businesses in a wide variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, lender liability, loan participations, fraudulent conveyances, foreclosures and confirmations, real estate litigation, and commercial asset recovery. A skilled and seasoned litigator, Bret ensures that his clients are vigorously represented, and maximizes recoveries for his clients. Bret has far-reaching experience in all aspects of litigation, including several successful jury trials in state and federal court, commercial arbitrations, and many successful appellate decisions important to creditors rights. Bret has represented financial institutions throughout his career and knows the industry well. Bret and his wife, Corrie, also a lawyer, live in Atlanta with their son.
