Marck K. Joseph, Esq., BCS., is the founder and owner of The Joseph Firm, P. A., an award-winning South Florida-based practice focusing exclusively on Marital and Family Law. He is Board Certified in Marital & Family Law and is an expert in Marital & Family Law. His strong passion for justice has resolved hundreds of cases for clients involving divorce, alimony, equitable distribution, paternity (establishment and disestablishment), time-sharing (custody/visitation rights), child support, and domestic violence. Marck Joseph is Board Certified in Marital & Family Law, and is also a Florida Supreme Court-certified family mediator and collaborative law practitioner. His success, both in and outside the courtroom, has garnered positive recognition within the South Florida community and amongst his peers. Additionally, Marck was honored by the South Florida Business and Wealth magazine as its 2022 award honoree for Up & Comer (Minority Owned Business category). Further, Marck was awarded the distinction of Super Lawyers Rising Star for multiple years. Moreover, Marck Joseph was honored by South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine as its Diversity & Inclusion Honoree (2023) in Law as Entrepreneur of Excellence. Additionally, Mr. Joseph has had the distinct pleasure of being named a 2023 Best Mentor by the Daily Business Review (Florida Legal Awards). Also, Mr. Joseph had the pleasure of accepting the Legacy Magazine award for South Floridas Most Powerful and Influential Black Business Leader of 2023. Marck Joseph has had the honor of being named Super Lawyer in the area of Family Law (2024), as well as having been named in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers in America (2024) for his accomplishments and work in Family Law. Leadership Positions Marck is also the former Chair of the Miami Dade Bar Associations Family Courts Committee. He also serves on various committees, including the, the Florida Bar Family Law Rules Committee, the Family Law Sections Executive and Legislation committees, as well as the chair of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit (Miami-Dade County) Grievance Committee. Additionally, on May 19, 2023, Marck Joseph was honored by his appointment to the Advisory Workgroup on the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms, which provides input and recommendations to the Florida Supreme Court in considering changes to the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms. Community Involvement In addition to his unwavering dedication to his clients, Marck is steadfast in giving back to his community and Florida families. Marck is an advisory member for Kid Side, an organization that serves children and parents in high-conflict family court cases. He has been a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Greater Miami for over a decade and is an active sponsor of both the Boys and Girls Club and The Positive Imprint Club. Education Marck received both his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University and FIU College of Law, respectively.
