David Farrell

Hello and thank you for visiting. My name is David Farrell and I have been a licensed California lawyer since 2006. I help people and businesses get out of debt by filing bankruptcy in Los Angeles and Orange County. I also handle real estate litigation and probate administration, I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, where I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelors Degree in English. I received my Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School in 2006 where I earned a Deans Merit Scholarship and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board. While in law school I worked as an extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., Senior U. S. District Court Judge, Central District of California. After graduating and passing the bar in November of 2006 I was hired as a real estate litigation associated at Johnson Oakleaf, APC. In 2010 I started the Law Office of David P. Farrell. I am a member of the State Bar of California admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central and Eastern District of California.
