Douglas Baxter Senior Associate Attorney Douglas Baxter is a Senior Associate Attorney that handles felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Douglas has represented clients in cases ranging from traffic tickets to shooting with intent to kill. Douglas also represents clients in civil matters including expungements and property disputes. Douglas is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. Douglas has attended national, regional and local seminars, including the National College for DUI Defense’s Summer Session Trial Skills seminar at Harvard University. Born in Lindsay, Oklahoma and raised in Tuttle, Oklahoma, Douglas is a native Oklahoman through and through. He understands the meaning of a handshake and is the epitome of true loyalty.
