He has tried multiple trucking matters in jurisdictions across the country, resulting in favorable outcomes for his clients, and has first-chair trial experience throughout the state of Ohio. Joe also has experience successfully defending public entities such as municipalities, police departments, and housing authorities in matters pertaining to civil rights violations, wrongful termination, professional liability, and breach of contract matters.
