BIO I am a lifelong Ohio resident and attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While attending law school, I had the opportunity to work with the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and also with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutors Office where I gained extensive trial and appellate experience. Since being sworn in to practice law by the Ohio Supreme Court in 2008 I have been practicing as a trial litigation attorney at the Law Office of Jaye M. Schlachet and Eric Levy where I appear in court on daily basis litigating a wide verity of complex legal matters. I practice in the fields of criminal defense, personal injury, domestic relations and family law including divorce and dissolution of marriage. I have also handled cases in probate court including drafting wills and distributing estates. I appear frequently in the Northeast Ohio Appellate Courts including the Eighth District Court of Appeals and Eleventh District Court of Appeals on criminal, domestic and other civil issues and have successfully litigated appeals in the Ohio Supreme Court. I am also licensed to practice in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio where I handle civil and criminal cases as well as habeas matters appealing Ohio state criminal convictions in the federal court system for constitutional violations..
