About

John B. Stalzer is an attorney at law at Stalzer Law, which has its offices in Rocky River, Ohio. With more than two decades of experience in the law field, he concentrates his practice on personal injury and business litigation matters, serving clients throughout the state of Ohio. Mr. Stalzer completed his undergraduate studies at Yale University with a major in history. He went on to pursue his legal studies at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and obtained his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2001. After law school, Mr. Stalzer began his legal career working for two renowned judges, Honorable Judge Harry Hanna and the Honorable Judge Leo Spellacy. Gaining much experience serving as a law clerk, he learned a lot about the trial process by watching how lawyers handled these trials and how judges presided over them. For over 18 years, Mr. Stalzer worked at a big regional defense firm that represented insurance companies with various civil lawsuits, including wrongful death, mass torts, personal injury, commercial litigation, condominium law and creditors rights. He later had the opportunity to represent a victim of a personal injury and saw how the insurance companies denied them the rightful compensation, and decided that fighting for plaintiffs rights is what he wanted to do. Mr. Stalzer now solely focuses on representing personal injury plaintiffs who are suffering, not only because of their injuries that were caused through no fault of their own but also because insurance companies refuse to pay what is rightfully theirs. He tirelessly fights for their rights and liberties, striving to bring justice to his clients. An active affiliate with the legal community, Mr. Stalzer has memberships in the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He has also been a part of a mentoring program for new lawyers - the Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program by the Ohio Supreme Court.
