Evan T. Byron

Evan’s experience includes commercial and business litigation, residential and commercial real estate, receivership, property management, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, leasing and landlord/tenant matters, banking, construction, and employment law. He has tried matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts and has had matters go before the American Arbitration Association, FINRA, and other various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
