Marjan Neceski

Marjan Neceski joined RCO Law in 2022 strengthening the Firms Business, Commercial and Litigation practice groups. Marjan brings over 25 years of significant legal expertise across a wide range of businesses, financial institutions, and transactional entities, including in: commercial litigation, manufacturer and product defect litigation, and declaratory judgment litigation; creditors rights including collections litigation, bankruptcy, special and managed assets, loan workouts, Article 9 (Uniform Commercial Code Secured Transactions) and security interests, receiverships and forecloses; business purchases and sales, and mergers and acquisitions; insurance coverage opinions and litigation; drafting and negotiating commercial services contracts, contractor agreements, and finance agreements; as well as advising clients in real estate transactions. Marjan also represents and acts as general counsel to small and medium sized businesses, providing guidance on general corporate matters, legal issues, regulatory matters, and as to risk management. Marjan is licensed to practice in Ohio, Michigan, New York, and Ontario (Canada), and various federal and bankruptcy courts in those same jurisdictions.
