Daniel John Rasschaert

Mr. Rasschaert is a Birmingham native having graduated from Seaholm High School. He received his J. D. in 2006 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he was an Honors Scholar, after receiving his B. A. in 2002 from Regis University, where he was a member of the Mens Lacrosse team. Mr. Rasschaert joined the firm in 2008, having previously served at the San Francisco District Attorneys Office and Wayne County Prosecutors Office in the felony preliminary hearing unit. His practice is primarily focused on medical malpractice, personal injury, and use of force defense. Mr. Rasschaert is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is licensed to practice law in Michigan. His professional recognitions include Martindale Hubbell - AV Preeminent Rated and Super Lawyers. When not working, Mr. Rasschaert enjoys spending as much time with his family possible, coaching/playing lacrosse, and outdoor activities including skiing, climbing, and hiking.
