Michael Rabieh

Attorney Profile Michael is a seasoned litigator with more than 20 years of experience. He practices in civil and business litigation, with a focus on real-estate disputes (including disputes involving land use, zoning, construction defects, condominium management, affordable housing projects, purchase-and-sale agreements, brokerage agreements, and commercial as well as residential landlord-tenant relationships), employee-employer disputes and negotiations and appellate advocacy. He has represented individuals and businesses, both small and large, at every level of the Massachusetts state and federal court systems and before administrative agencies. He brings a sharp, analytical mind to the practice of law with a view to providing results-oriented and cost-effective representation. Prior to joining Wilchins Cosentino & Novins, Michael ran his own solo practice for eight years and practiced at Locke Lord and at Goulston & Storrs. Prior to embarking on his law career, Michael earned a doctorate in Political Science and taught at the collegiate level for several years.
