J. Timothy Nealon

biography Attorney J. Timothy Nealon is a seasoned partner at the firm with a distinguished legal career spanning five decades. His diverse practice areas include Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning, Conservatorships and Guardianships, Probate and Estate Administration, and Business Law. For more than 50 years, he has been a trusted advisor to individual and business clients throughout Hopkinton, the Metro West region, and Cape Cod. A 1968 graduate of Boston Colleges School of Business Administration, Attorney Nealon went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1971 and became a member of the Massachusetts Bar that same year. Deeply rooted in the Hopkinton community, Attorney Nealon has served in numerous roles that reflect both his professional expertise and civic commitment. He is a former Town Accountant for Hopkinton and has served as a Land Court Examiner for over 40 years. He has also dedicated more than 15 years to providing pro bono legal services through Metro West Legal Services. Attorney Nealon resides on Cape Cod in West Dennis.
