Steven K. Parnagian

Steven K. Parnagian is a partner of the firm and practices from our Massachusetts offices. Steven concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, business law, representation of small to medium size companies, commercial financing, commercial and residential real estate development and transactions. Steven is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island (B. A., 1983) and a graduate of Western New England School of Law (J. D., 1987). Prior to founding the firm, Steven was an associate attorney with a Rhode Island firm where he served as the Assistant Solicitor for the towns of North Kingstown and Exeter. In 1995 he established the Law Office of Steven K. Parnagian, Ltd., in Boston, Massachusetts. Steven is admitted to practice within Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and the United States District Court for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
