Erin M. Reczek

Erin M. Reczek, Esq. Attorney Erin M. Reczek specializes in representation for creditors, handling high-volume collections litigation, and striking a successful balance between strict regulatory compliance and assertive advocacy. Erin began her career in the public sector, principally with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. In 2008 she joined Zwicker & Associates, P. C., a national debt collection law firm, and eventually managed Zwickers MA and NH branch office. Attorney Reczek obtained her B. A. from Assumption College and her J. D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Erin is admitted to practice in the courts of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, the U. S. District Court of Massachusetts and the U. S. District Court for New Hampshire.
