Flanagan Attorney Sean has been practicing law since 1995 and has recently joined the Colman Perkins Law Group with his practice focused upon third-party personal injury litigation defense and first-party coverage issues including coverage opinions. During the course of his career, Sean has handled numerous jury trials, over a hundred arbitrations, depositions, and mediations. Sean started his career working for a general civil litigation firm representing public and private entities and individuals in complex litigation in both federal and state courts. Sean then moved to an insurance defense firm handling third-party personal injury defense for various carriers before becoming staff counsel for a non-standard carrier, prior to joining the Colman Perkins team. Sean enjoys spending time with his wife, and they enjoy hiking in Red Rock Canyon and visiting new restaurants in Las Vegas. They enjoy traveling and Sean is a fanatical New Orleans Saints fan. When their children are in town you can find them engaged in a host of various activities, usually involving some type of competition.
