Brian W. Boschee

I am a litigation attorney who handles construction and commercial disputes, as well as advising clients on other construction and business issues. Brian is a commercial and construction litigator and counselor who represents a variety of clients in state and Federal courts in Nevada, as well as before administrative agencies in Nevada. Mr. Boschee has over twenty years of experience handling complex litigation, dispute resolution and administrative proceedings for business owners, contractors and individuals. Brian has handled dozens of trials and arbitrations, both in Nevada and other states, and he also assists construction clients in every phase of construction projects, from the initial contract, through payment application submittals, and all the way to the final payment and lien releases.
