John Bemis

John Bemis is an AV Preeminent rated litigator whose practice focuses on personal injury cases including: Medical malpractice Product liability Premises liability and professional liability Before joining Battle Born Injury Lawyers, John was Managing Partner at one of the nation’s elite defense firms, Hall Prangle & Schoonveld, LLC, where his experience in healthcare litigation was used to defend doctors, nurses and hospitals against medical malpractice lawsuits. With so many moving pieces, John recognizes that litigation can often feel like a complex puzzle. His mission is to put those pieces back together in a way that helps his clients get back to the life they enjoyed before their injuries.
