Stephen H. Osborne

Accomplishments I have been appointed by the Nevada State Bar to the Northern Ethics and Discipline Panel for the State Bar of Nevada and have served on the Panel for numerous years. I was elected and served as President of the Nevada Justice Association. I am currently on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Justice Association and serve numerous committees, including the NJAs Ethics and Discipline Panel. I am a Pillar of Justice and a Guardian of Justice within the organization, which is reserved for the very few which are extremely dedicated to represent consumers and share the goal of improving the civil justice system. I have also been on the Panel of Arbitrators for the State of Nevada for the Second Judicial District Court and the Ninth Judicial District Court for the past 20 years. I have personally litigated hundreds of cases through trial, arbitration, and mediation. I am a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and have had several cases surpass the million dollar mark.
