Jason A. Goldstein

Jason Goldstein is the principal attorney at Goldstein & Company. Jason leads the firm with a relentless zeal to further his clients interests. Whether litigating in the courtroom or working through a transaction in the boardroom, Jason brings passion and years of experience in both areas to obtain positive results. Jason has experience working through complex cases with a keen ability to step in the shoes of his client to develop the best strategy. Though Jason is most comfortable in a courtroom, he prides himself in resolving cases before clients experience the expense and burden of going to trial. Jason is results oriented and understands that each clients case requires a distinct approach catered to a clients strengths and goals. Jason is not only an experienced trial attorney; he has successfully handled appeals before federal and state courts. Jasons skilled advocacy in the courtroom also benefits his clients during negotiations. Jason successfully guides clients through complex transactions where his tireless attitude and legal acumen often lead to the closing of a transaction while mitigating exposure. His experience litigating transactional disputes affords him the ability to identify liability issues before they arise and address them before they are realized. Jasons passion for advocacy and capacity to understand his clients needs have led him to develop trusted relationships with many of his clients where he now serves as their outside general counsel. Clients frequently request that Jason represent their interests internationally. In this vein, Jason has tried cases in various courts throughout the U. S. and participated in transactions on an international scale. Prior to practicing law, Jason worked within the air traffic industry for the Federal Aviation Administration and an international aviation corporation. While in law school, Jason interned for the Honorable Richard J. Suarez at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami Dade Office of the State Attorney where he gained invaluable courtroom experience. Jason has also volunteered his time teaching constitutional law to inner-city high school students. Jason is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Florida and New York. He is conversational in Russian, enjoys fly fishing, flying and is a military aviation enthusiast.
