Michael S. Wilson

Mike Wilson, was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. He holds degrees from The University of Texas School of Law (J. D., Dec. 1991), Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs (M. P. Aff., Dec. 1991), and Southwest Texas State University (B. A., cum laude, 1988). Mike has been licensed to practice law since May 1992. He served as an officer and member of the board of directors of the Texas Property & Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association from December 2016 to December 2021. Areas of Practice Mike Wilson is board certified in administrative law with an emphasis on insurance corporate and regulatory representation. He provides enterprise-level advice, counsel and defense to property and casualty insurers, and their policyholders, on a wide range of operations, compliance and litigation.
