Mr. Boundas graduated from Lyons Township High School in 1984 and then went on to study at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX from 1984-1988 (B. A. History, political science minor). He attended law school at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL from 1989-1992 (J. D.) and during law school he worked for the firm of Peterson & Ross. He was licensed to practice in Illinois in 1992 and in Indiana in 1999. He has worked as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Commerce Commission, litigating statewide against the trucking and railroad companies from 1993-1995. In 1995 he worked as an Administrative Law Judge for the Illinois Department of Insurance, hearing cases related to violations of Illinois Insurance Laws by Insurance Companies and Insurance Agencies. Mr. Boundas started his private practice in 1997 to present. Phi Gamma Delta. Special Assistant Attorney General, Commerce Commission, 1993-1995.
