Thomas Boundas

Mr. Boundas graduated from Lyons Township High School in 1984 and then went on to study at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX from 1984-1988 (B. A. History, political science minor). He attended law school at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL from 1989-1992 (J. D.) and during law school he worked for the firm of Peterson & Ross. He was licensed to practice in Illinois in 1992 and in Indiana in 1999. He has worked as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Commerce Commission, litigating statewide against the trucking and railroad companies from 1993-1995. In 1995 he worked as an Administrative Law Judge for the Illinois Department of Insurance, hearing cases related to violations of Illinois Insurance Laws by Insurance Companies and Insurance Agencies.
