His litigation efforts in the area of mortgage fraud have often resulted in the complete recovery of all loan losses, including legal fees and court costs. Mr. Kahn represents physicians and other professionals with disability claims under individual and group disability policies. A former Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kahn also serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
