Mike Shaut Attorney Shaut has over 40 years of experience as a lawyer admitted in multiple states for the practice of law, including Ohio. Practice areas include finance, bankruptcy, commercial law, consumer law, immigration, real estate, wills and trusts, and family law. He has also served as founder and CEO of Carbon Vision, where he developed and financed numerous solar energy products and consulted on the development and brokerage of energy projects domestically. Prior to founding Carbon Vision, Mr. Shaut had co-founded and served as President and on the Board of Education Lending Group (EDLG), a national student lending company headquartered in San Diego, CA.
