Stewart James Subjinski

Stewart J. Subjinski, Esq. is an Associate at Jimerson Birr, P. A., where he first started as a Summer Associate in May 2020. Mr. Subjinski works on a wide range of cases related to employment, construction, general business disputes, banking and financial services, and professional services. Mr. Subjinski earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, cum laude, where he also earned the William M. Pomerantz Trial Award and the American Bar Association Section of State and Local Government Laws Student Excellence Award. Before that, Mr. Subjinski earned a bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Florida (Go Gators). Mr. Subjinski has past experience working in the nonprofit sector, and working on employment law reform. During his first two years of law school, Mr. Subjinski worked in the policy shop at the St. Louis Regional Chamber of Commerce, where he earned a signed copy of H. B. 2046 from Governor Parson-the occupational licensing reform bill that Mr. Subjinski helped develop. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Mr. Subjinski still resides in Jacksonville Beach. Mr. Subjinski enjoys relaxing on the beach, playing golf, trying new restaurants, and taking long road trips.
