Halah M. Elchorbagy

Ms. Halah Elchorbagy is a civil litigation attorney at Kuhn Raslavich, P. A. Ms. Elchorbagys practice focuses primarily on first-party property insurance claims. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, P. A., Ms. Elchorbagy represented homeowners at one of the largest first-party property insurance law firms in the State of Florida. She has prior experience defending insurance companies in all aspects of litigation, and has practiced medical malpractice defense, general liability insurance defense, and general litigation in complex civil matters. Ms. Elchorbagy received her undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University in New York with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. She worked at one of the worlds most respected cancer hospitals along with several other medical institutions prior to attending law school. Ms. Elchorbagy earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2018. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Outside of work, Ms. Elchorbagy loves spending time with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys kayaking and canoeing in her spare time.
