Justin Spears

Justin Spears is a Shareholder in RMWBHs Litigation Section. Justins practice focuses on assisting clients in the areas of commercial litigation, general liability, and insurance defense. Throughout his career, Justin has taken on an active role in all stages of the litigation process. He has navigated and counseled clients through all phases of litigation. Justins prior experience working at personal injury and commercial litigation firms allowed him to gain vast amounts of experience as a litigator early on in his career. Justin brings that experience to each legal matter, which allows him to provide his clients with efficient and thorough representation so their legal matter can be resolved quickly. Justin is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center.
