Matthew P. Flores

Matt practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, residential and commercial loan closings, commercial litigation, and business transactions. His clients include real estate brokers, property managers, developers, contractors, commercial landlords, homeowners, associations, commercial lenders, private lenders, start-ups, and small businesses. Matt has lived in Collier County for over 25 years. He graduated from Lely High School and then attended the University of Florida. Go Gators! Matt graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ave Maria School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. While in law school, Matt completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and a judicial externship with the Honorable Douglas N. Frazier, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He received a prestigious summer associate position with a statewide law firm in his second year. Matt was also an editor for the Ave Maria Law Review. Awards and Recognition: Selected to the Naples Illustrated Top Lawyers list. Selected to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star list.
