Edward Webster

As Director of Illinois Litigation, Edward leads SMBPs Illinois litigation team. From the initial claim through post-judgment collection, Edward oversees a dynamic team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff handling several thousand active litigation matters. Edward is adept at creating leverage by aggressively prosecuting cases to maximize subrogation recoveries for SMBPs insurance company clients. Edward earned his J. D. from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and is graduate of the University of Dubuque where he earned a degree in Business Administration. Edward is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is an active member of various civic and professional organizations, including the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Outside the office, Edward enjoys traveling with his wife and attending Cubs games.
