Matthew K. Hawkins

Experience Mr. Hawkins jury trial experience includes the representation of clients in a broad range of civil disputes, including employment, medical malpractice and general tort cases. He has been called upon to serve as a mediator in court referred and private mediations. He is certified at Pepperdine as a mediator and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Hawkins is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, and U. S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (2000) and the Association of Defense Counsel. He is a member of the Wray R. Ladine Inn of Court and currently serves on the Inns Executive Board. He has served for five years on the Board of the Stanislaus County Bar Association and served as President in 2004.
