Jeffrey Kalniz

Jeff Kalniz has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1996 and has handled matters for clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. Jeff has significant experience in the area of real estate law, both residential and commercial, as well as creditors side bankruptcy, commercial collections, landlord/tenant, and corporate and other business matters. In the foreclosure area he has handled a variety matters, ranging from the representation of creditors in single family residential foreclosures to the foreclosure, stabilization and disposition of large shopping centers, apartment complexes, class A office buildings and industrial properties for institutional clients and SBA lenders. Jeff received his Juris Doctor in 1996 from the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law. Before that he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Ohio State University. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1996 and was thereafter admitted to practice for the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U. S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit.
