For more than three decades, Mr. Frank Herdman has represented clients in New Mexico having a diversity of legal needs, including representation and advice on matters involving general business, real estate, construction, employment, development and zoning approvals. His practice in those areas encompasses simple and complex transactions, litigation, appeals, arbitration, mediation, general strategic advice and representation before administrative zoning tribunals. Mr. Herdman was first admitted to practice law in 1990. Before moving to New Mexico, he was an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City, where he practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities litigation and anti-trust law. Mr. Herdman was a member and Assistant Editor of the Buffalo Law Review (1988 to 1989) and served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Brooklyn Law School.
