Steven Nguyen

Steven Nguyen is a partner in the Corporate group and the Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies team, where his practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience in the private equity and venture capital space and frequently acts as counsel on equity financings in Canada and internationally. As part of his transactional experience, Steven regularly represents companies and investors in cross-border transactions (often involving multiple jurisdictions around the world). Steven also frequently advises international investment funds on fund formation, structuring and administration matters. Leveraging his experience as both external and internal counsel across a wide variety of industries, Steven frequently advises clients on complex contractual issues, including notably joint-venture and partnership matters.
