Hailey L. Suggs

About Hailey represents clients in a broad range of complex disputes before state courts, federal courts, and arbitration tribunals. She drafts and responds to dispositive motions, handles discovery disputes, and advocates for her clients in the courtroom. Hailey listens carefully to her clients and provides advice focused on efficiently achieving their goals. She pays close attention to the procedural and adversarial posture of a case and effectively communicates with both opposing counsel and the Court. Before she was a lawyer, Hailey was an actor. This experience heightened her sense of empathy and honed her ability to communicate with people and juries. Hailey loves to read fiction books in her spare time and admittedly joins too many book clubs. She also enjoys discussing Michigan football and Texas baseball, playing trivia, and watching Jeopardy. As a native Austinite, you will often find her swimming at Barton Springs or walking the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail.
