Jason E. Williams

Our Senior Partner, Jason Williams, began working for the illustrious firm of Preston Farmer in 1994 where he quickly gained significant trial experience in premises liability lawsuits as well as governmental entities in varying tort claims, Civil Rights, wrongful death, wrongful termination, etc. In the late 1990s the Firms practice began to expand in a significant way. As Jason Williams continued to be successful in defending Wal-Mart at trial, his workload continued increasing such that he has been and remains titled as one of Kentuckys most prolific trial attorneys. He is also listed as a Distinguished attorney with Martindale-Hubbell. His successes have followed the firm over the years resulting in numerous successful defense verdicts. Education Salmon P.
