While in high school, Robert accepted a full-tuition scholarship to participate in the debate program at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in English and became the first member of his family to graduate from college. After college, Robert moved back to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law Houston where he earned his Juris Doctorate and graduated Magna cum laude. While at South Texas, Robert participated in South Texas’ nationally recognized advocacy program, served as an Assistant Managing Editor for the South Texas Law Review, made the Dean’s list, and was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association.|Robert prides himself on helping clients navigate the complexities of the judicial system and acting as a passionate and zealous advocate to protect the interests of his clients. He has assisted clients involved in a wide range of personal injury matters including commercial motor vehicle accidents, motor vehicle accidents, First Party Underinsured/Uninsured motorist actions, and premises liability matters. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, rooting for the Astros, and spending time with his family.
