Lindsey M. Shepard Partner Practices Health Care Lindsey M. Shepard is a Partner in the Nashville office of GRSM. She is a member of the firm's Health Care practice group. Specializing in creative solutions for the modern health care industry, Lindsey focuses her practice on representing long-term care providers, assisted living facilities, and health care providers in arbitration and litigation. Her practice also includes the defense of construction defect, premises liability, automotive liability, and general liability claims. Lindsey caters to each client’s unique preferences and processes to achieve favorable resolutions. Prior to joining GRSM, Lindsey practiced at a national law firm representing long term care providers and health care industry clients in health care liability, general liability, government tort liability, and employment claims. She also has extensive experience defending small to Fortune 50 companies in a diverse range of actions, including consumer protection, negligent security claims, and products liability claims and licensing board administrative proceedings.
